We get to work with a number of amazing organizations, that strive to make the world a better place. It could be a child’s world, a community’s world, or the medical world. Each of these causes fight for donation dollars in order to make strides for their cause. So every event, fundraiser, or gala has to count.
This means creating a guest experience that moves and motivates them. As an A/V production company, we help clients create the event that will not only be remembered but will have guests planning to attend next year! While the right music sets the mood, so does lighting, and being able to see and hear what is going on.
Having worked so many of these types of events allows us to actively listen to our clients and make suggestions that matter. Really matter. We work with our clients and assist with the planning of the event. We actually become an extension of their team.
Let’s face this is a Charity’s most expensive event of the year. As the old saying goes “You have to spend money to make money”, while this is true, we want to make sure you’re A/V costs are reasonable. Cause let’s face it the food and bar bill is going to be a lot.
